East Hardwick

  This office is located at Riverside Wellness off of Route 16. Look for signs that say Riverside Farm and take the driveway that leads up to the farmhouse and barn. There is a parking lot behind the office and a side entrance. A sign is on the door.

East Charleston

  This office is located in a yurt with wooden stairs off of a dirt road. This location is rustic with an outhouse and mountain setting. It is currently not wheelchair accessible.
